If your theatre company is paying for your accommodations, rooms must be registered under the company name and a tax-exempt form must be provided at the time of registration.
TANYS asks all Festival attendees to complete a Festival Evaluation after the event. We read all feedback, and use it to help improve future Festivals.

TANYS is thrilled to be back in Rome, NY this year. We're planning all the Festival features you know and love, at a NEW location: the historic Capitol Theatre in downtown Rome. It's a 1928 facility newly renovated to its original look.

And we've condensed the Festival weekend to TWO (2) days:
Friday, November 21 and Saturday, November 22.

This year marks the 66th year of New York State's only festival for community theatre. So our Festival theme playfully recalls the famed U.S. Route 66 and the song about it, "(Get Your Kicks on) Route 66."

Join us for all the performances, informative feedback from our Festival Adjudicators, workshops, the Saturday night Awards Banquet, the BMI Supply Design Competition, the Silent Auction, and fun with friends old and new!
